Feature Request

I add comments every time I publish an article. It would be helpful if these comments were included in the Article Published notification email. Team members and management monitor these emails to know when certain updates are available.

Would like to be able to map notifications for Contact Us submissions from Ticket Deflectors.

The ability for visitors to see articles/categories that have changed/added is great, but they would also love to be able to see exactly what has been updated. This could be a simple description text or highlight of what exactly was changed or added.

Currently, when a review reminder is created via article-level settings, it is not added to the notification mapping events. However, reminders set through Content Tools → Article Review Reminder are included in the notifications. To ensure consistency and better tracking, please create an event that includes article-level review reminders in the notification mapping. This will help users stay informed about all scheduled reviews, regardless of where they were set.

Currently the only notification options are "Article Created"(published or not) and "Article Published" (which notifies EVERY time there is an article update/re-publish). We need an option to notify when a new article is published for the first time.

We have two requests. The first would be to allow for us to set the Display name for all email notifications sent by Document360 to both our internal and external users. We have received a lot of support cases from confused users of our D360 portal complaining that they never received any emails from our portal but did not realize they should be looking for emails from “Document360”. This should be configurable so that emails are easily recognizable as coming from our company. At least in the display name field. The second request builds on our first. The ideal solution would be to allow us to route all outbound emails through our own email server (in our case Office 365). We receive so many complaints from both internal and external users regarding emails sent from the portal being caught up in spam filters that it has all but made the self-registration feature useless. All our other vendors allow for email relay through an external mail server, we would like Document360 to allow this as well. Thanks.

so everytime we should be linked to our email account to work on Doc360 ? I thought Doc360 could work independently without having any dependency on other platforms.

We would like to have a notification center in the D360 portal itself to easily check all notifications concerning us and the team.

Currently, the "Feedback Received" event only notifies us about feedback submitted for articles. It would be great to extend this functionality to include notifications for feedback submitted for "No Search Results" in the user website.
