I love how we can choose to round off, shadow, and include a border around our images! Currently in our style guide, we're instructed to always choose round off and shadow for every image. But it takes so much time to select those two settings for EVERY image in our knowledge base, especially since the dropdown disappears every time you select an option — so the workflow is: open the dropdown, select "round off", open the dropdown, select "border". And, since some of our images are currently set to border only, we've got to deselect border first, which adds an extra two steps to the above workflow. I'd love to see some additions to this feature in the form of any of the following: – A default setting for your knowledge base that applies automatically to any newly-created image. – An action at the article and/or knowledge-base level that lets you auto-update all images to match one style (in case you, say, get tired of shadow and want to bulk remove it for all images). – A modal that lets you bulk update all/some of your images in an article or knowledge base, selecting them by check boxes (change size, style, alignment, etc.) – UI/UX: Keep the image style dropdown open after selecting any of the three options. The user should close the dropdown manually by clicking anywhere outside the dropdown. Thank you! :)

When we change the title of an article, it doesn't update the SEO title. It's too much manual work whenever we change any title. Given that we're changing it, it means that we'd like it to be displayed with the updated version. This process should be automated.

Currently turning on advanced search in article settings has options for version, category, contributors, etc. It would help if I can decide what options to use. You already have a feature request not to show contributors - this takes it one step further

We would like the option for readers to be able to use the SSO/Team account idle timeout feature

Please add a way to manage the Design settings for each knowledge base version. We have two versions, and we want each version to have a different color theme, so that users can visually & quickly understand that each site is for a different product. It would be nice to have a Version drop-down in the Design settings (Settings > Knowledge Base Site > Design)

We'd like to propose a few enhancements to improve the "Support Access" experience — both for users and for internal tracking: 1️⃣ Auto-Save on Toggle Currently, when the Support Access toggle is enabled, users are required to manually click the "Save" button. Request: Enable auto-save when the toggle is turned ON, removing the need for an additional manual step. 🎯 This ensures a smoother experience and reduces the chance of users forgetting to save after enabling support access. 2️⃣ Clear Declaration & Consent When a customer enables Support Access, it’s important that they understand what it entails. Request: Display a clear, contextual declaration similar to a consent statement indicating that: “By enabling Support Access, you are authorizing our support engineers to view your project details for troubleshooting purposes.” This helps build trust and ensures transparency. 3️⃣ Team Audit Trail Entry To maintain accountability and visibility: Request: Add a clear entry in the Team Audit Log when: Support Access is enabled or disabled Who performed the action (User ID/email) Timestamp of the change 🧾 This will support compliance, traceability, and internal audits.

You can set the default editor for all users. However, in our company users use different editors that is why I would like to have this as a user setting.

For tables that don't fit on the screen because it has many columns navigating through the data is not user friendly - a solution would be: can freeze the table heading while scrolling down or vertical scroll bar

For privacy and GDPR (data collection) reasons, our legal dept. would like us to be able to add our own disclaimer text when a user click the follow button for an article. That is, to be able to edit the text where the person adds their email

It would be great if the text in the activation emails could be changed especially as we don't use doc360 in English for our readers
