Currently, the chatbot provides answers sourced from the knowledge base but does not include direct links to the articles. It would be beneficial to enhance the chatbot to offer links alongside the answers. Perhaps we could provide users with an option to enable or disable this feature based on their preference.

Could you please elaborate more about this request or help us with an example so that we can understand this use case in a better way? If we have an article, is there a tool in doc360 that can use the article to create a video? There are some new AI tools I see where text can be made into video. ​

Customer has requested for a possible integration or availability to Microsoft Copilot Studio Services, which can ideally help them build their own chatbot to read through their site.

While working with the Eddy AI Analytics page in the Knowledge base portal, I noticed that the citation details for responses are not currently visible. At present, Eddy AI displays references like [citation 1], [citation 2], but it doesn’t show which specific articles those citations are pulled from. Why does it matter? We regularly review the queries users submit and how Eddy AI responds to them. If the information provided is accurate, there’s no concern. However, when the response is incorrect or out of context, we need to identify the source of that information to make necessary corrections or improvements. Currently, to find out where Eddy AI fetched the content from, we often need to manually re-enter the same query in the Knowledge base site search. This process: Consumes Eddy AI query credits May return different results due to frequent content updates or backend changes in Eddy AI Sometimes fails to reproduce the original citation, making it harder to trace and verify the response Suggested improvement: It would be very helpful if the Analytics section could include the exact article titles or links from which the citations were generated. Providing this visibility within the portal itself will: Help us validate responses more efficiently Enable quicker identification and correction of outdated or misleading content Enhance trust in Eddy AI outputs for both the team and our end-users Thank you.

Customer wants closed caption feature for videos they upload into the drive and add them to the articles. Is this something we can implement with the help of AI?

We are integrating the Document360 KB Widget (with "Ask Eddy") into our new web application, the Enterprise Web Console (EWC). Since users will be interacting with the knowledge base within the EWC, it’s important that Eddy tailors responses accordingly. Request: We’d like Eddy’s AI responses to prioritize articles from the EWC category over other categories (such as CLI or API), even when similar content exists across multiple categories. Use case: -> Many of our support articles apply to multiple products: EWC, CLI, and API. -> When users are in the EWC, we want answers that are specific to that interface—even if there are overlapping use cases. -> Allow configuration where Eddy prioritizes (but is not limited to) a specific Category or set of Categories (e.g., EWC first, fallback to CLI/API only if needed).

The customer requested us to implement ChatGPT integration with Document360 by adding connectors. They wanted their internal users to be able to use the ChatGPT connector to view Document360 content.

It would be helpful to show the full response Eddy gave to an answer. Plus, it would be nice to haveway to mark a response as Accurate or Inaccurate, and then filter by these reponses in order to improve answers.

For customers who have a strict no GenAI policy, they are looking for an option to switch off EddAI selectively?
