Feature Request

The Manage Source feature currently supports crawling only HTML5 pages. When attempting to add or crawl websites built on older HTML standards, the system either fails to parse them correctly or ignores them altogether. Extend the Manage Source crawling capability to support all valid HTML versions, not only HTML5.

Currently, the analytics dashboard in Eddy AI displays only the top 5 referenced articles. While this gives a snapshot of the most frequently used content, it does not provide a complete picture of how all articles are performing. Enhance the analytics functionality to show the total number of times each article is referenced, not just the top 5

Please include GIFs and videos in the EDDY responses if they are present in the source article. It would be more useful for the responses to contain these media elements.

It would be helpful to show the full response Eddy gave to an answer. Plus, it would be nice to haveway to mark a response as Accurate or Inaccurate, and then filter by these reponses in order to improve answers.

Customer has requested for a possible integration or availability to Microsoft Copilot Studio Services, which can ideally help them build their own chatbot to read through their site.

We are considering using it for knowledge-based content creation. We were interested in these features in particular: Interactive quizzes Interactive quizzes as a feature that allows learners to engage with the material more actively by answering questions and receiving immediate feedback. Role-play simulations Role-play simulations as a feature that enables learners to practice real-world scenarios in a safe and controlled environment. Text-to-speech This would improve accessibility for users with visual impairments or learning disabilities and allow for hands-free learning. Adaptive player An adaptive player dynamically adjusts the content delivery based on the learner's performance and device. This would personalize the learning experience and optimize content for different screen sizes and internet connection speeds.

Like it is in AI search UX in the website, it would be great if we also displayed the source for an answer in the Eddy chat widget.

Currently, the chatbot provides answers sourced from the knowledge base but does not include direct links to the articles. It would be beneficial to enhance the chatbot to offer links alongside the answers. Perhaps we could provide users with an option to enable or disable this feature based on their preference.

Could you please elaborate more about this request or help us with an example so that we can understand this use case in a better way? If we have an article, is there a tool in doc360 that can use the article to create a video? There are some new AI tools I see where text can be made into video. ​
