Feature Request

The customer reported that the Article Title column is shrinking or not displaying properly when the browser tab is resized or split. The customer is often using the split screens option on their computer. We are unable to see the column in the grid view when two tabs are split on the same screen and it disappears when resizing or changing the system resolution.

Current behavior: When we are under the "All articles" page and we refresh the page, we lose the selected language and it always goes back to the default language. User expectation: Refreshing should preserve the selected language. This should be changed for all the areas such as All articles, analytics, Content tools, Templates, and the Dashboard page.

In the "All Articles" section, the category filter should automatically select all the sub-categories when the main category is chosen. Currently, we have to manually select each sub-category in that section. In contrast, the "Export to PDF" section automatically selects the sub-categories when the main category is selected.

It would be great to have folder (categories) listed in the "All article" section so that when we export we can have the link for the categories as it would serve as a good checklist of EVERYTHING inside a workspace.

We would like to determine the total number of "live" articles in the Knowledge Base (KB) — specifically, the articles that are visible to our readers. While there is an export option in the "All Articles" section that allows us to filter by published articles, the report also includes hidden articles. However, we are only interested in the count of published articles that are visible to readers on the site, excluding any hidden articles from the report.

The customer is trying to export a set of articles in the category with many articles, but the exported file does not contain all the articles. We are getting only 50 in the PDF, which is available on the first page. So, it would be great if we could get all the articles in the "all articles" section itself.

There is currently no way to restrict permissions to multiple articles at once. The process to manually lock down articles is time consuming and complicated by the fact that changing Workspace access to "public" undoes previously established article level security .

Submitting this feature request on behalf of the customer (Noam) from Algosec. The customer would like to have the option to change the contributors of articles in bulk, using "All Articles" option.

It would be helpful if I could make articles available for bulk operations in more ways than are available in filtering. My current use case could use this, in particular: Filter the list of articles based on whether they contain specific words (such as INTERNAL, ALPHA, BETA or NOT PUBLIC) Select articles in the list and apply a tag to the selected articles in the list view.

On the readers and groups page, after selecting readers and searching for another reader, the previous selection is cleared. This issue affects the use case of deleting readers in bulk.
