Current behavior:

When we are under the "All articles" page and we refresh the page, we lose the selected language and it always goes back to the default language.

User expectation:

Refreshing should preserve the selected language.

This should be changed for all the areas such as All articles, analytics, Content tools, Templates, and the Dashboard page.
