Currently, the DOC360 page unlocks for editing to other users when the current user is in the edit mode for more than 15 minutes. And when someone else, starts editing the page, all the current users' edits are vanished. This is a major flaw. The typical behavior should be: "Send a notification to the current user that this page has been inactive for over 15 minutes. Do you wish to continue editing, or do you wish to unlock it to make it available to others?" A longer run solution is to: "Build something similar to Confluence. Allow parallel editing, and when the other users publish a newer version of the page, let the current user know of this and allow them to refresh to view the change simultaneously, keeping the current user changes intact."

Please lock the scroll bar node on the table of contents in Editor Mode. Currently, you have to hover over it, find the EXACT RIGHT SPOT where you can click on it, and only then can you scroll up or down the table of contents or the left side navigation menu. As soon as you move your mouse, the node shrinks back to a thin little line, and it is nearly impossible to grab ahold of. The mouse cursor defaults to the "expand this margin" icon, but will not allow you to select the scroll bar node, which then disappears completely. This issue has persisted as long as I've been using D360, please fix it. Just lock the scroll node so it doesn't resize and remains constant no matter its position

This approach can be a form of "content filtering" or "content segmentation," where the site only retrieves and shows content relevant to the user's current focus or selection. It can help reduce load times and improve user experience by presenting only the most relevant information, rather than overwhelming users with a full table of contents upfront. So when a user clicks one of the KB categories in the portal, only the articles of that section are loaded, rather than the entire table of contents.

I am providing feedback on behalf of our customer, Laimonas. They have reported that when accessing the site for the first time, the initial page load time exceeds 10 seconds. This extended loading period is primarily attributed to the time it takes for the various widgets on the page to load. Reducing this load time would significantly enhance the user experience.

We've encountered an issue regarding the current limit for link validation checks on our site. Currently, there's a restriction allowing only 10,000 links to be checked for validation. This limit is proving to be restrictive for our operations and impacting site performance. Mixed site has limitations that are not known in advance for instance We need a site map in the Documentation site in order to be able to easily use the Zendesk federated search. We were also asked for this in other things. In addition, we encountered other limitations in a mixed site e.g. users wanted to enable RSS feed Customers enter email in reaction but there is not an indication that this is not sent to use

The header and Footer of the homepage should have a fixed position though the screen resolution is reduced.

We have identified some cases whereas users who fail to submit captcha cannot provide feedback to our platform (they get an error message "Feedback not submitted, please try again". We have also address this case to customer support.
