We have observed scenarios where valid keyword searches are captured under No Search Results when users search using advanced filters. This issue appears to occur when certain filters or advanced search combinations are applied, and the filtered list of articles does not contain the searched keyword, causing the system to incorrectly categorize the search result

When the submitted feedback contains HTML tags, they are automatically truncated. As a result, team accounts may not be aware of the missing content because the truncated portion is not displayed in the portal. Thank you.

Hi - it would be helpful to have a "Won't Do" option for the feedback status. Sometimes people provide feedback but there's no action and it would be helpful to be able to easily differentiate these from other Complete status tickets, especially since the Closed option makes it so you can no longer comment or work on the ticket. Thanks!

Currently, when the "Notify to end-user" option is enabled and a reply is added to the specific feedback, the feedback automatically changes to the closed state. It would be beneficial to avoid this auto-close functionality when sending updates to the end-user.

When adding feedback to an article, users can add their name and email address. As Document360 will therefore be storing the users' personal information, it would be good to have a link to Document360's privacy policy when adding feedback (either by default or having the option to enable/add it).

We have the below requests regarding the feedback option in the user website. It would be great to have the ability to make the feedback option available only for a specific reader groups. We would like to have an option called "Urgency levels" for the users to select while they are submitting a feedback. Ugency levels 1 - Low - Not urgent, Can be addressed later 2- Moderate- Should be handled soon, But not critical 2-High - Needs attention Promply, impotant. 4 Critical - Immediate action required,top priority

When an end user enters their email address to receive notifications, a checkbox stating “By submitting, you agree to the Privacy Policy” is displayed, along with a hyperlink to the Privacy Policy. Additionally, it would be helpful to include an Analytics option that captures data on users who have agreed and submitted their personal details through the article-level feedback form (screenshots attached for reference).

Is it possible to create an overview of the feedback requests I've created in this feedback portal? I keep losing the requests I've opened.

We have a public site and if people leave their feedback anonymously we have no idea who they were or how to tell them that we made a change from their feedback. We want to enforce leaving an email with feedback.
