Tables with many columns or long cell content can display fine in the editor and on the KB site, but split apart when exported to PDF; the last column(s) get pushed into a disconnected block below the table instead of staying aligned with their row. Editors currently have no way to know this will happen until they generate a PDF and inspect it, often after the article is already published. It will be helpful for the editor (Markdown, WYSIWYG, and Advanced WYSIWYG) to detect when a table is at risk of exceeding the PDF page width and show a visual warning at authoring time, e.g., a subtle icon/border on the table with a tooltip like "This table may not fit the PDF page width and could split during export." Suggested approach: Simple threshold warning based on column count (e.g., 5+ columns) More precise check based on estimated content width vs. the active PDF template's page size/margins Use case: Our customer builds reference tables (command comparisons, config settings, etc.) with 4+ columns. These render correctly in the KB portal but silently break apart in PDF exports, since the last column is split into a separate-looking table underneath. This wasn't caught until an end user downloaded the PDF, since nothing in the editor flagged the risk. An in-editor warning would let content authors fix the table (shorten content, reduce columns, or restructure) before publishing, rather than finding out through a support ticket.
