Knowledge base owners can see total monthly PDF export credit usage and remaining balance on the Export articles page, but cannot see how that usage splits between portal-initiated bulk exports and reader-initiated downloads from the knowledge base site.

Add a usage breakdown to the existing credit usage widget on the Export articles page that separates consumption by source — admin/portal bulk exports versus reader-initiated knowledge base site downloads.

Benefit: Knowledge base owners can identify which workflow is driving credit consumption, plan large one-time export projects around their remaining allowance, and decide with confidence whether a permanent credit increase is warranted.
