When you create a new article, enter a title, and then select "Create from Template" and choose a template, Document360 overwrites the title, the URL slug, and the article description with the values in the template.

After creating the article, the users have an option to create the article content from a template using the "Pick a Template" option visible on a empty editor. It will be helpful if the users can retain the actual name of the article even after creating the content from a template.

The customer attempted to add links to the created template. However, when searching for existing articles, the article list did not appear.

Enable the Document360–Zendesk integration to pre-populate the Content section in Zendesk with a predefined template for article creation.

I want a certain category to have a default template that has been created. I want this to be the default so users don't have to select it (because they don't). This should be customised by category.

Whenever we create a template from an article, we are able to create multiple templates with the same name (as of the article). It would be great if we could either provide one of the options below: Duplicate the name of the template if there is another template with the same name. Provide a warning stating : ""File name already exists. Do you want to rename or replace the template?"

I would like to be able to create a new category of type page from a template. This is useful for our release notes that use a template. Each new major release is a category page with the .0, and the minor releases (.1, .2, .3...) as sub articles.

Currently, creating articles involves manually matching content from rough documents (e.g., Word documents) with predefined templates by filling in fields. This process can be time-consuming, particularly when managing a large volume of articles. We propose a system that can intelligently identify and map sections of the rough content to the corresponding placeholders in the template. Automatically recognize and organize the uploaded content into appropriate sections while offering options for manual adjustments when necessary.

For articles we can see all the previous versions. Can we have a possibility to see previous versions for templates. For instance, if someone changed a template, but we want to go back to the previous version, or see what we had before.

Why not extend the article functionality to the template. I recall there were months where there was a message saying the WYSIWYG editor was going to be deprecated anyways. Kinda implies that you had provisions in place for old templates. Or not!
