Feature Request

I would like to customize the word shown for the glossary term "metric". In this sentence, it must say "metrics" to make grammatical sense, but because the term in the glossary is "Metric" it is displayed as such.

Please provide a setting to determine when the "smart" glossary matches a glossary term in article text. For example, we have a glossary term for AN (Account Number). However, any time I use "an", this is highlighted and recommended to change to a glossary term (example screenshot attached). I'd like the ability to configure the smart glossary to only make recommendations for acronyms that are in all-caps. Even better, it would be great to be able to set this per glossary term, as we have a mix of terms that our authors lowercase when they should be uppercased, but other terms that are lowercased and should remain so but need a glossary definition.

There should be a prominent glossary link that allows users to search the glossary in article view instead of only seeing term definitions when they happen to see a glossary term within an article. For example, there could be a simple bar of clickable "A to Z" letters across the top of the page to search glossary terms.

Currently, glossary terms are not included in articles that have been exported to PDF. They should be included somewhere in the PDF still, perhaps as a footnote or in a list at the end of the article.

We need the ability to add categories of Glossary terms, so one word can have multiple glossary definitions depending on the subject.

It would be very useful to create another Glossary page in our site to account for Acronyms, so it lives separately from the glossary of our terms. For example, Glossary 1 with term A meaning xxx Glossary 2 with term A meaning yyy

In our previous doc tool, we could link a glossary term to a related phrase or its word variation with its definition. For instance, "Risks" or "Risk panel" can be linked to the definition of "Risk." However, in Doc360, we need to link the exact word to the definition. The linking only works if the glossary term called "Risks" exists. If the complete word doesn't exist, it links "Risk" while leaving out the "s." A deal breaker in terms of both usability and UX. You're requested to allow for flexibility when linking to glossary definitions in Knowledgebase Help Center articles.

We want to build an internal glossary for consistency. This glossary is not meant for readers. Therefore, we would like a feature where we can either "hide" a glossary term OR opt between "internal" and "external".

The customer has created a Glossary in the global language and added it to the articles. Now, they want to change the Glossary from the global language to the default language.

The customer would like the ability to remove a glossary from multiple articles directly from the Content Reuse → Glossary → “Used In” View, while keeping the associated terms intact in the articles. Currently, removing a glossary requires opening each article individually and editing it, which is time-consuming. This feature would allow selecting one or more articles in the “Used In” list and removing the glossary in a single action.
