Feature Request

The Workspace status option currently labeled "Public" creates confusion because "Public" and "Private" are also used as Reader access permission levels. Users conflate the two settings since they share identical terminology but represent different things. Suggestion: Rename the Workspace status value from "Public" to something more distinct — e.g., "GA" (General Availability), "Live", or "Released" — to clearly differentiate it from the Reader access Public/Private permission setting.

Hi, Currently, when opening the Document360 Portal, the system automatically expands the very first category and its sub-items by default. While this may be helpful for some workflows, it creates a forced visual noise for teams managing extensive or high-volume category structures. Although the "Collapse All" button exists, having to click it every single time the portal loads is an unnecessary manual step. I looked for a related portal setting, but couldn't find one. It would be helpful to have an option to load the category tree in a collapsed state by default when the portal is accessed. Thank you, Shaila

We have a few versions on the site which have different functions. Some are all part of Product A, and one is Product B. We would like the possibility to choose which versions will be in the menu, and which will stay as dropdown. For instance version 1 and version 2 will be menu, and product Z will be dropdown. Thanks

Currently, article ownership can only be updated individually, which is time-consuming for customers with a large number of articles. Providing a way to bulk update or reassign article contributors or owners (either via the UI or an API) would help customers maintain clear ownership of content, especially during user offboarding.

When adding languages in the KB Portal under Workspace → Localization, most languages are displayed in English (e.g., “French”, “German”). However, Japanese is shown in its native form (“Ja - 日本語”) instead of “Japanese.” This request proposes adding an option to customize how language names are displayed.

Currently, languages under Workspace → Localization [Portal] are displayed in the order they were created. We would like to display the languages in alphabetical order.

When I'm creating a copy of an existing workspace/KB, I would like the articles and folders that are hidden to remain hidden in the copy. Currently, they revert back to being visible and we have to manually hide them by comparing the copied workspace to the original for all folders. Thank you! :)

Some localization variables are inexplicably in-editable. That raises an issue when a translation is too big to fit into the UI and we would like to edit it into something shorter.

Create the option to merge two or more documentation versions and see the most updated and move the articles from one(s) to another version(s).

I would like to create a new version of our documentation to match the recent product release without having to purchase a new workspace. The new version of documentation would contain 2 new articles, which I don't believe this merits the purchase of an additional workspace. Our users (readers) would prefer to choose their version of the product in a drop down menu to make sure they have the correct version of the documentation.
