Feature Request

I asked to hide the language drop-down because we only have 1 language. I got a reply that when multiple workspaces are present, both the version and language dropdowns appear. This feature request is to have the possibility to hide the language drop-down, especially when there is only 1 language. The fact that there is a drop-down may inspire our customers to ask for documentation in more languages and we only want to maintain our documentation in 1 language, English.

In the new KB design, there is no way to scroll in the table of contents. On pages with a long table of contents (lots of headings and sub-headings) the table of contents just cuts off at a certain point, even if you scroll down the entire article.

We would like to request a feature that allows users to easily access and view multiple revisions of an article within the Knowledge Base (KB) site. This would enable users to navigate between different versions of an article, where each version contains updated content, ensuring transparency and the ability to reference historical changes in the document. Version History Panel: A user-friendly interface to access the list of available revisions, with the ability to view dates, version numbers, and update summaries. Version Switching: Users can toggle between different versions of the article with just a click, allowing them to easily compare content changes.

Customer would like to translate the word "Documentation" in breadcrumb while navigating between languages.

When clicking on a specific category, all opened categories should be collapsed and the clicked category should be expanded with articles.

It would be great to have the localization variables to change the entire text present in the search filters in KB Site 2.0. For now, we don't have the option to change the words "All", "Specific", "Current" in the search filters. By default they appear as translated in the site but the user would like to customize it to a different word. Since we cannot change the localization for the words "All", "Current", "Specific" through the localization & variables section it is not possible to change the text as per the requirement. It would be great if the localization variables option contains exact match Example - Current site translation for "All worksapces" - Al arbejdsområde but customer request is to change it to - Alle arbejdsområder. Since we don't have an option to change the "All" in localization variables, we were unable to achieve this request. Please check this request.

If an index page does not have any subcategories, the collapsible arrow should automatically disappear. This will reduce visual clutter and help users easily identify categories that do not have any further sections to expand. Current Behavior: Currently, all index pages (even those without subcategories) display a collapsible arrow, regardless of whether there are any subcategories to show. This can lead to confusion, as users may expect content to be hidden or expandable when it is not. Requested Behavior: If an index page has no subcategories, the collapsible arrow should be hidden or removed from the view. If an index page has subcategories, the collapsible arrow should remain visible, allowing the user to expand or collapse the list.

In addition to seeing what article was changed, I would like to allow users to see how the article changed. If it is a longer article, it does not need to be reread, only the changes.

When we do a CTRL + F and search for a word. If the word is present inside the Closed Accordion, the accordion automatically opens and displays the matching word being highlighted. However, this is not the case with the Tabs Feature. If the matching word is present within the closed tab. The word is highlighted. But the closed tab is not opened automatically. The tab has to be opened manually to view the matching word. It would be better if the closed tab also opened automatically to display the matching word.

Currently, headings placed within tabs in the Document360 editor are not reflected in the Table of Contents (TOC). This limitation affects the navigation and usability of our user site.
