Feature Request

In KB Site 2.0 articles, inserted links are not underlined by default, unlike in the portal and KB Site 1.0. However, links inside callouts are underlined. Please ensure consistent link styling across all contexts.

In the site view, the Left pane which displays the categories and articles can only be closed. There is no option to move and adjust the width of the left pane. Being able to view and adjust the width of the left pane will be more user friendly when viewing lengthy article titles.

We would like the option for users with team accounts to be able to follow articles/categories on private workspaces. We have an internal knowledge base and team members should also be able to follow articles/categories on the site so they can receive notifications when something has been added.

Current behavior: When using the Search filter, performing consecutive searches involves more steps than necessary. To search for a new term after entering an initial one, we currently have two options: Manually delete the existing term, then type the new one, or Click the X icon, which closes the entire Search filter. To continue, we must then click the Filter icon again to reopen the filter before entering a new search term. This workflow introduces friction, especially when users are trying to search for multiple terms in quick succession. Suggested improvement: If there is text in the Search box, clicking the X icon should clear the input field but keep the Search filter open. The filter should only close if the field is already empty when the X is clicked. This change would streamline the user experience, making it easier and faster to perform multiple searches without repeatedly reopening the filter.

I have an article that includes an accordion with many headings. When I click on the headings in the table of contents, the URL updates correctly, but it doesn't take me directly to the headings under the accordions. To make it work, I have to manually open the accordion and then click on the headings. It would be great if the accordion could automatically open when I click on the headings in the table of contents, directing me to the respective headings. https://youtu.be/nbkP2SlBgAE - I've created an example to demonstrate it.

I currently have six workspaces for six different products. With KB Site 2.0, there is no explicit option to use a different header logo for each workspace. I tried to implement this using scripts, but the results were not as expected because KB Site 2.0 does not fully reload the page when switching between workspaces, requiring users to manually refresh the site. Having a dedicated option for managing multiple product logos would greatly simplify this process.

Add feature to have the article description show in the published article as a subheading.

I asked to hide the language drop-down because we only have 1 language. I got a reply that when multiple workspaces are present, both the version and language dropdowns appear. This feature request is to have the possibility to hide the language drop-down, especially when there is only 1 language. The fact that there is a drop-down may inspire our customers to ask for documentation in more languages and we only want to maintain our documentation in 1 language, English.

Provide an option to add a different logo to the dark mode.

Currently, the "Read Out Loud" functionality does not support the French Canadian (fr-CA) language variant. It would be helpful if you could include this variant in the Read out loud Feature
