Feature Request

The customer would like the ability to control which heading levels (H2, H3, H4, etc.) appear in the Table of Contents on a per-article basis. Currently, the option to include heading levels in the Table of Contents is applied globally and cannot be adjusted for individual articles. This means that if H4 is enabled, it appears in the ToC for all articles — even if it's not relevant for some. The customer is looking for more flexibility to tailor the Table of Contents based on the structure of each article. For example, they may want to show H2 and H3 for most articles, but include H4 for longer or more detailed content where deeper navigation is helpful. This feature would help improve the reading experience and maintain clarity across different types of content.

When a custom font (e.g., Onest) is added using custom CSS, it is currently not applied to articles that are hidden and accessed via private/shared links. Support for consistent application of custom fonts across all article types—including those accessed via private links—is currently unavailable.

Currently, when inserting a link and selecting a heading from the drop-down, the heading text does not automatically populate in the link text field. It would be helpful if the selected title text were automatically updated in the link text field. Please find the attached screen shot for your reference.

It would be great to have an option to see the analytics for Private Article Links that are shared via Portal for end users, to see the engagement, track analytics and user behaviour.

I need to be able to change the order of the article description so that it appears under the bar that contains the share icon, export to PDF, and print options.

This request was created on behalf of Aryeh I frequently need to make insignificant changes (like a typo) to an article, and I wouldn't want that to push that article into the "Recently Modified" widget in Home page and "What's New?" feature. It would be better if we have an option to exclude it from article settings. Thanks.

The customer would like to have the option to update the slug of an article automatically when the title of the article is updated.

Currently the JWT readers (Invalid email id) logged in user are able to export multiple articles from the KB Site 2.0 but the system will not trigger the email of the multiple articles to the invalid email id. So, we can have an option under the Article setting & SEO.

Enable tagging of multiple reviewers for articles in the review stage to facilitate collaborative review and feedback. Description Currently, only one reviewer can be assigned to an article at a time in the review stage. Attempting to add an additional reviewer overrides the previous reviewer’s assignment, limiting the collaborative review process. Enhancing this functionality to allow multiple reviewers to be assigned simultaneously would streamline the review workflow by enabling input from several reviewers. Proposed Solution: Add the option to tag multiple reviewers for a single article. Display all tagged reviewers in the review stage interface. This feature would improve the review process, making it more flexible and conducive to collaborative efforts.
