Similar to what you show on your document portal (at an article level) when articles are published. We're currently using custom HTML to build these within our articles, but having them built into the editor like inserting other blocks/elements (with custom text and color options) would be helpful. Thank you.

When an article heading is renamed or renumbered (e.g., 1.5 → 1.6), the heading slug currently retains the original value, which can be misleading. Request to automatically update the heading slug to reflect the latest heading text while ensuring existing internal links continue to resolve correctly. This would improve URL accuracy and provide a more consistent experience when sharing or referencing specific sections.

It would be great if the character limit of the inline comment is increased to 1000 from 500.

Please implement proper support of mermaid diagram customization. Usually, you can create mermaid diagrams and override the base theme to customize the look, i.e.: --- config: theme: 'base' themeVariables: primaryColor: ... ... --- You can add such theme configuration even in the D360 diagram editor, it reflects the settings in the WYSIWYG, I can even use the download option and get the customized diagram. However, on the live site the diagram is rendered using the default look.

We would like to have the option to remove background color or clear formatting for the entire table at once. Currently, formatting must be cleared row by row or manually through code view. Requesting an enhancement to allow clearing background styles for the full table in a single action.

We would like the option to configure individual column widths while maintaining an automatically fitted table layout on the page. Thank you.

Currently, headings located inside Tabs cannot be linked using anchor links. It would be helpful to support linking directly to headings within Tabs, enabling users to navigate to specific sections inside tabbed content.

I'm noticing that images inserted using the Advanced WYSIWYG editor aren't responsive in their sizing. When I shrink a window, the image gets squashed and distorted, instead of sizing down and maintaining its proportions. This poses concerns for users who are using different screen sizes, who may not find a screenflow useful if it is distorted.

When you use comments to review another writer's articles, it would be nice to use emoticons (e.g. the thinking face to indicate that you're not sure about something).

When a diagram contains multiple elements, the generated output does not display the text clearly, requiring users to zoom in to read the content. It would be helpful to have options to adjust the diagram's zoom level and reduce the surrounding whitespace. This would improve readability and provide a better viewing experience without requiring manual browser zoom. Thank you.
