Feature Request

The article title should be locked in place and remain visible when scrolling. I often find myself wondering which article I'm working in.

One of our customers has provided the below feedback: In the Advanced WYSIWYG Editor, Code View is cluttered with excessive markup, making it difficult to read and visually scan content. Customer has requested a cleaner, more minimal markup view to improve readability and overall editing efficiency.

When I cut and paste text with a comment, the in-line comment is removed. The comments should instead be anchored to the text so that it is transferred in the copy and paste operation.

When you click a link in the KB, the heading appears at the top of the page. However, when you click a heading link in the editor in the TOC on the left, the heading is at the bottom of the page. This behavior is undesirable as I don't just want to see the heading (and certainly not all the way at the bottom), but the text as well, without having to scroll first.

When I add a Heading into an Accordion title, I need to be able to link to it. It is incredibly frustrating that I cannot. I can link to all other headings. Why can I not link to the heading if it is in an accordion title?

Please add proper support for table captions using the caption element. Faking the table caption as table row is ridiculous and disadvantageous, e.g., you cannot search globally for captions, use CSS to format table captions, etc.

This request was raised on behalf of Parthasarathy At this time, whenever team accounts were tagged in the inline comments, a notification is triggered. If the team account missed to check the e-mails, they won't notice that they're tagged in the article. It would be better if we highlight the dashboard whenever they're tagged in articles like we show notifications for release updates. Thank you.

When I highlight text and click inside the highlighted range, the highlight remains in place. However, the intuitive behavior (like in Word) is that the highlight disappears and the cursor is placed where I click. The reason I was told is that highlighting produces the Formatting Options, assuming that this is always what the user intends to do. And that I have to click OUTSIDE the highlighted range to make the highlight go away. However, I don't always want to use the Formatting Options popup. Perhaps I just want to cut and paste etc. Highlighting text is often not a 1-shot operation - perhaps I decide that I want to highlight more text. Having to first click outside the selected area to be able to repeat the select is an unnecessary extra step and feels more like a bug than intended behavior.

I'd like to be able to create reuse text 'on the fly' from within an article. Select the text, click a button to create a new snippet. AND to be able to see the preview of a snippet in the article.

Our design team prefer bullets with a bracket rather than full stop. Eg a) rather than a. and i) rather than i. Could this be added as an option in the WYSIWYG editor or as a CSS code snippet?
