Version as menu - choose which versions
under review
Caroline Tabach
We have a few versions on the site which have different functions. Some are all part of Product A, and one is Product B. We would like the possibility to choose which versions will be in the menu, and which will stay as dropdown. For instance version 1 and version 2 will be menu, and product Z will be dropdown. Thanks

An example used from IBM documentation site - allowing users to switch between different versions of the same Product as the different versions are all part of the same product.

We have the similar requirement as Mary Theis and Caroline Tabach requested.
We release multiple versions of our software per year and it would make the menu cleaner and easier to find the proper version.

Mary Theis Caroline Tabach at the KB site we are displaying multiple versions in horizonal design, rather you would like the users to choose through dropdown of the version he prefers? (OR) at the portal KB settings you should be able to set up which versions will be displayed at the KB site?

Thiru: At the portal KB settings we wanted to choose which versions would be in the menu and which would be in the drop-down
Mary Theis
Caroline Tabach: Agreed.

We would like a similar feature for the menu, except have Years (ie. 2021, 2022, etc) as menu options, then the users can select a version from a drop-down list for only that year (i.e. v2021.2.1).
> 2021
> 2021.1.0
> 2021.2.0
> 2021.2.1
> 2021.3.0
