Unable to search article and link to text in Templates

The customer attempted to add links to the created template. However, when searching for existing articles, the article list did not appear.

Thank you for bringing this up. After reviewing the scenario, we found that this behavior is a limitation in the current implementation. At the moment, when adding links within a created template, the search for existing articles is not supported, which is why the article list does not appear during the search.
We will evaluate this capability for future improvements, and based on overall customer traction and demand, we will consider prioritizing it in our roadmap.
