With their organization adopting Microsoft Copilot 365, the customer is looking to surface Document360 content alongside information from Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Currently, the lack of integration with Copilot limits visibility of Document360 articles in Copilot-powered searches.
This creates challenges like content duplication in SharePoint or a potential shift away from Document360 for internal use. A native integration would ensure centralized access to knowledge across their Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

I found this is possible by adding Document 360 as a source in Search Settings. However, the search results show file:// as the URL instead of https:// Copilot can utilize the data, but the link to the source doesn't work...
