Prioritize Responses from a Specific Category in "Ask Eddy"

We are integrating the Document360 KB Widget (with "Ask Eddy") into our new web application, the Enterprise Web Console (EWC). Since users will be interacting with the knowledge base within the EWC, it’s important that Eddy tailors responses accordingly.
Request:
We’d like Eddy’s AI responses to prioritize articles from the EWC category over other categories (such as CLI or API), even when similar content exists across multiple categories.
Use case:
-> Many of our support articles apply to multiple products: EWC, CLI, and API.
-> When users are in the EWC, we want answers that are specific to that interface—even if there are overlapping use cases.
-> Allow configuration where Eddy prioritizes (but is not limited to) a specific Category or set of Categories (e.g., EWC first, fallback to CLI/API only if needed).
