Provide a dedicated dashboard that displays current usage and limits for categories, articles, and other key resources, such as AI features within the project. This would give administrators clear visibility into resource consumption, help identify when limits are being approached, and eliminate the need to manually track or request this information from support.

We understand the value of having a centralized dashboard that provides visibility into resource usage and plan limits, including categories, articles, storage, users, AI feature consumption, and other key project resources. Such a dashboard could help administrators proactively monitor usage, plan for growth, and reduce the need to manually track limits or contact support for this information.
We have noted this enhancement request and will evaluate it as part of our ongoing product planning efforts. The team will review the use cases, potential metrics to surface, and overall user experience to determine how this capability could best support project administrators.
