We need to maintain an up-to-date, interactive table to track help articles whenever they are created, edited, or published. We currently use Document360 webhooks and plan to retrieve details such as the article Publish Date and Article URL.

Since custom fields cannot currently be displayed or sorted in the article list, we have to maintain a separate tracking sheet outside Document360. Exporting the data is not sufficient, as we need an interactive table that stays up to date without manual downloads or external tracking.

Provide a customizable article listing view, similar to the existing All Articles view, that allows users to add or remove columns and sort articles by any available field, including custom fields.

This would enable us to track and manage article information through an always-up-to-date, interactive table within Document360, eliminating the need for external tracking sheets and additional webhook integrations.
