Feature Request

I need to be notified when a certain folder has articles published, but I do not need to be notified about every article published to our entire knowledge base. Having a setting to turn on notifications on a per folder basis would be helpful.

In Settings > Notifications > Notification Mappings > Project admin settings, you have many granular notifications for actions made to "Team Member" accounts, their security groups, and their roles. But you have no corresponding set of notifications for "Reader" accounts and Reader Group settings. To ensure control over which categories Reader accounts have access to, it's very important to receive notifications if: * someone changes attributes on an existing reader group. * someone creates/deletes a reader group * someone manually adds/removes reader accounts * Someone changes the reader group assignments for a specific reader account Etc.

We have two requests. The first would be to allow for us to set the Display name for all email notifications sent by Document360 to both our internal and external users. We have received a lot of support cases from confused users of our D360 portal complaining that they never received any emails from our portal but did not realize they should be looking for emails from “Document360”. This should be configurable so that emails are easily recognizable as coming from our company. At least in the display name field. The second request builds on our first. The ideal solution would be to allow us to route all outbound emails through our own email server (in our case Office 365). We receive so many complaints from both internal and external users regarding emails sent from the portal being caught up in spam filters that it has all but made the self-registration feature useless. All our other vendors allow for email relay through an external mail server, we would like Document360 to allow this as well. Thanks.

If we can have the option to enable/disable the events under Notification Mapping for 'Workflow Status Assigned' and 'Workflow Status Updated', it would be helpful. Thank you.

so everytime we should be linked to our email account to work on Doc360 ? I thought Doc360 could work independently without having any dependency on other platforms.

The article review Reminder feature is beneficial. I want to suggest something related to it - if you add the direct link to the category or articles we set in the reminder rules that would be great. So from the email, we can directly navigate to that category. Suggestions: *** - Auto detect the article not being updated during a certain period & allow admin to set the rule. Option 1: Provide a page which shows the articles marked as to be reviewed[link to the real articles]. in the email add the link to that page. Option 2: provide a direct link to the category in the email for the reminder.

Please add option for add cc when we send invitation to a new user.

When we publish an article, we have an option to put in a message as to what has changed. If we can have that message transmitted to the slack notification when an article is published, it would help a lot. Right now Slack channel members just know that a topic has been updated, but not what has changed.

Today, I accidentally moved an article within the document tree in Editor. I have no idea what article it was. While I received an email that an article had been reordered, and the same showed up in Team Auditing, this info is of little value b/c it does not tell me what article I moved. Could you please add to both outputs (email and Team Auditing? Thank you.

When a new team account / reader gets added, they will be receiving a activiation email which is valid for 24 hours. A message stating the same should be disclosed in the same email so that users will be aware and signup immediately.
