Whenever someone tags someone else in an article's discussion tab, notifying them to perform some action on a document, it would be useful to be able to see all mentions. This is a common approach for most software with the ability to communicate with other users.
An email is sent when someone mentions, but if that email is lost or mistakenly marked as read, it may be missed. Having a place in the portal to show all mentions, would alleviate this issue and allow better management of documents.

Highlight or show the number of feedback received for Feedback manager

Currently, when we receive feedback, we can only trigger a notification using the Notification Mapping feature.
We would like to have a notification appear in the Feedback Manager, similar to the one shown for release updates in the portal. This would help draw our attention as soon as we log in, allowing us to act on the feedback immediately.

Notification for 404 pages

When issues with users who are reaching 404 error pages due to vaious reasons, one being deleted articles, to address this concern it would be helpful to be able to enable notifications anytime someone is facing a 404 page while also including the slug that triggered the 404. At an owner level, the team would be able to audit and make necessary changes.

Every time the ticket deflector form is submitter, Document360 should trigger a notification.
- In notification mapping, introduce a notification for Ticket deflector form submission.
- All the notification channels should be supported.

I'd very much like to see this as well, particularly notifications for any assignments and for comments that @ me. This would include the comments on the article text itself and comments in the Set Status field in the workflow.
Would also be nice to see article review reminders in-app.
