More review reminder notification events

As it stands, the review reminder on articles (that is, the one you set in More Article Options -> Review Reminder, not the one in Content Tools) has one notification trigger: "Article review reminder status updated". This notification fires when the user clicks "Mark as reviewed" on a stale article.
That part is good, but I need to be able to send notifications when:
- Someone sets a review reminder on an article. I need the date when this review comes due as part of this notification.
- The review reminder comes due (the article is stale)
With these three data points (new review reminder set, article due for review, article marked as reviewed), I can get a workflow going that tells article owners their article is due for a review.

Hi Yinmn blue Lark
Thanks for laying this out so clearly — your use case makes complete sense, and we agree this is the right workflow for managing content governance at scale.
At the moment, the system only triggers a notification when an article is marked as reviewed (“Article review reminder status updated”), as you’ve observed. We currently do not support notifications for:
- When a new review reminder is set (including the due date), or
- When the review reminder actually becomes due and the article turns stale.
Your requirement to have all three events (reminder set → reminder due → reminder completed) is absolutely valid and aligns well with how teams typically want to operationalise review workflows.
Appreciate you taking the time to articulate this - it’s exactly the kind of input that helps us evolve the feature in the right direction.
