As it stands, the review reminder on articles (that is, the one you set in More Article Options -> Review Reminder, not the one in Content Tools) has one notification trigger: "Article review reminder status updated". This notification fires when the user clicks "Mark as reviewed" on a stale article.
That part is good, but I need to be able to send notifications when:
  1. Someone sets a review reminder on an article. I need the date when this review comes due as part of this notification.
  2. The review reminder comes due (the article is stale)
With these three data points (new review reminder set, article due for review, article marked as reviewed), I can get a workflow going that tells article owners their article is due for a review.
