Feature Request

It would be nice to have option to choose text in an article and have an option 'send feedback' (to suggest changes) which should be dynamically captured in the feedback section and giving 'yes' or 'no' should be optional in this case, but should be able to add comments and submit. This is created on behalf of our customer Rimrock.com .

Hello, we would like the option to require comments for a downvote, both in the KB Website and the KB Widget. It's impossible to know why a carefully-written article is "bad" without comments.

Whenever we receive feedback, instead of having someone go manually to each of the feedback and assign, it should look at the contributors and assign it automatically.

I suggest having an Attach button for the Feedback section on each page as right now, there is a 500-character limit. People can attach a picture, word file, etc., to be more precise about what changes they want to make or when they want to make fundamental changes to a page, which is impossible to explain with 500 characters.

Users would like to be able to include screenshots when providing feedback on articles.
