We have the below requests regarding the feedback option in the user website.
  1. It would be great to have the ability to make the feedback option available only for a specific reader groups.
  2. We would like to have an option called "Urgency levels" for the users to select while they are submitting a feedback.
Ugency levels
1 - Low - Not urgent, Can be addressed later
2- Moderate- Should be handled soon, But not critical
2-High - Needs attention Promply, impotant.
4 Critical - Immediate action required,top priority
