HTML tags in submitted feedback are automatically truncated and not visible in portal

When the submitted feedback contains HTML tags, they are automatically truncated. As a result, team accounts may not be aware of the missing content because the truncated portion is not displayed in the portal.

Hi Statutory Narwhal, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we understand how truncating HTML content in feedback can lead to missing context and impact visibility for teams.
We will evaluate improving how such inputs can be handled, either by preserving the content safely or providing better visibility into truncated portions. Based on traction and priority, we’ll consider this for our roadmap.
