"Won't Do" Feedback Status Option

Hi - it would be helpful to have a "Won't Do" option for the feedback status. Sometimes people provide feedback but there's no action and it would be helpful to be able to easily differentiate these from other Complete status tickets, especially since the Closed option makes it so you can no longer comment or work on the ticket. Thanks!
