In the new comments, if they are resolved, or ignored, there's no history of the comments that are stored.

especially while navigating via scroll wheel / two finger scroll - the markdown editor / preview panes will randomly jump to the top. If the cursor isn't already somewhere in the text, you can just press the left/right arrow to cause focus to jump back to where you're working, but if you haven't clicked in the window yet, it's impossible to jump right back to where you were.

Right now, when I'm editing an article, the markdown previewer will scroll back to the top of the article, even if I'm still actively editing, on article auto-save. This makes me have to scroll back down to the place I was before with nearly every change if I want to continue previewing my changes.

scrolling is increasingly erratic in editor. Often scrolling completely ineffective, contents move slightly and then jump back to their original places

The table column behavior is unclear. Sometimes you can resize, sometimes you can't.

Deleted articles and categories show up in the search results. Every time we delete something in our knowledge base, I need to open a ticket so that the knowledge base can be manually re-indexed. This is not ok. The re-indexing should happen automatically so that users will not see the deleted categories and articles in their search results.

After end of august upgrade favicon does not appear

When I remove the <p> tags from the code editor of a snippet, Document360 adds them back in. I removed the <p> tags for a reason! Give me the control to remove these tags permanently. Alternatively, support styling of variables.

When I add a bulleted or numbered list to an article (WYISWYG) the items in the list display with indents. However, in Preview Mode the items in the list display flush with the left side of the page (see attached image). Indented bulleted and numbered lists are the correct way to format documentation. Would appreciate this getting fixed.

I can't select a paragraph in the editor because the side panel resize option is blocking me. I can do it if I select from the end of the paragraph but it's a pain. See video: https://www.loom.com/share/50363c470e6b483093cdf8193fe96d63
