Removed articles still show up in search

We removed articles from the main version of our site, and put them in a new version over a week ago. They still show up in the search of the site. This is very very misleading for users and leads to 404. How can this be solved?

All, the issue has been fixed and removed / deleted articles will not be shown up in KB site search and re-indexing had been improved much better. We do not see such scenario anymore.

Thiru: This scenario is now happening with us. We have been live with Doc360 for about a month. Any articles we delete or change slugs are affected

Can Document360 not do a frequent automatic re-index? We have to ask for a re-index every time articles were deleted, else they will turn up in the search.

Since we experiencing some technical glitch in Search re indexing, sometimes deleted article are shown up in the Search. We request you to raise a ticket in such circumstances, we will reindex the Search from our end to resolve the issue.
Our team is working on this and we will fix the issue at the earliest.

Hidden articles show up as well. Clicking through gives a 404.

Same thing goes for articles that are not published yet. You can find them in the search but if you click through, you get a 404. Makes no sense to me.
