When you search for something, and then use arrows up/down to highlight a search result - if you then use enter expecting to open the article you will instead go to the search page with whatever search term you've entered. Doesn't it make more sense that you go to the highlighted search result? Might require to change the default so that the top search result is not auto-highlighted anymore (so that if no search results are highlighted and you click Enter, you go to search page as you do today).

Hi all. There are quite a few bugs related to the snippets features that I outline in this video ( https://share.support.airtable.com/YEuWPwQr ). Briefly: Adding a snippet will often cause it to populate at the bottom of an article Adding snippets causes weird newline behavior (and sometimes will remove characters) Moving snippets in the WSIWYG editor has to be done in code view The snippet code displayed in the snippet editor is unusable (i.e. {{snippet.example}} is not actually usable code in product)

I start by going to Content Tools -> Tags and it lists a number of articles that have been tagged. In this case, the articles are all pages that have been created or updated but not published. When I click on the link showing the number of articles it provides a list, however the number of articles shown in this list is less than the number of articles identified as tagged. Also, when I go to Bulk Operations and filter on the tag I see the same number of articles shown. So, I presume that the list of articles shown under Tags is missing some.

We can't Print some articles (i.e., save them to a PDF), and the only clue we have is that those articles have a PDF inserted in them (Insert File, of a PDF) in their content. Print button looks active when you hover mouse over it, but does nothing on click. Don't know how long this has been issue, but had not noticed until last week.

While trying to view the docs ( https://docs.accedian.io/docs/about-cli-guides ), i get a blank screen when trying to view an embedded PDF. i also get an error when trying to download the PDF in Safari. Works fine in Firebox and Chrome.

I just got found out that only one team member can use the search widget in salesforce and not all your team members. I also recommended adding this limitation in the product documentation

When using the Link Status report and filtering using "Visible," it's ignoring the fact that the parent category is hidden. I believe this should also apply when the parent category is hidden. Currently, visible articles under a hidden parent category still appear on the report. This incorrect inflates the number of broken links, especially for docs that are intended to be archived and under a hidden category.

I tried to use your Zapier integration to push notifications of new documents to our Salesforce app. I found that the Zapier trigger for a new article fires even when the new article is hidden and in draft mode. This is a problem because those articles are by definition supposed to be confidential. Apologies if I have misunderstood, but I don't see any way to control the trigger based on article status. When we use the filter to show only articles that are visible, it does not look at the category. We know that articles that are placed in a cateogy that is hidden are not visible. yet, when we run the filter, it shows up articles that are not hidden, but are inside a category that is hidden. Please fix so that it ignores all articles in a hidden category

If we bulk publish articles, those articles don't show up when we look to pull up a report of articles published in the last two weeks.
