Feature Request

Summary: Currently, CDN links generated from Document360 Drive are token-based and expire after a period, which limits long-term sharing. The request is to allow an option to generate public or long-lived links for files stored in Document360 Drive. Use Case: Users previously shared direct PDF links from their old knowledge base, but they cannot be accessed by the external users. Now they need stable, shareable links from Document360 for documents referenced in PDFs or bookmarks. Without this, they may be forced to use external platforms like SharePoint or Google Drive, which goes against their goal of using Document360 as the central source of truth. This feature would enable reliable external file sharing while keeping all content managed within Document360.

This request was created on behalf of Christian When I insert different images into my articles, it would be great if the last selected filter could remain active. Due to our different languages, we have many screenshots in different languages ​​and named them using tags. I therefore always need a certain tag and for each image I have to select the filter and the tag again and again. If the filter can remain applied, we could insert images faster. Thanks.

I would like the ability to rename assets directly from Drive. Currently that is not possible, and forces you to have to re-upload an asset just to change the name.

Can we please have a way to make the accordion in drive default to closed as we can in the portal and the KB site with a little CSS. Each container is named after a client, each container has multiple sub and sub sub containers. As soon as I go into Drive the accordion is expanded out by default and it can take a really long time to get to the container I actually need scrolling past hundreds and hundreds of containers when if they were collapsed by default scrolling would be much quicker
