When using the screen capture feature, images captured through the tool are automatically uploaded with generic filenames (e.g., “image” followed by a random number), without providing an option for users to assign meaningful filenames before upload. This makes it difficult for content teams to identify, organize, locate, and update screenshots later, especially when managing a large volume of media assets. It would be great if we have the option to specify a custom filename before the image is uploaded, similar to standard file upload workflows. This would significantly improve asset organization and usability for teams regularly creating and maintaining documentation.
