When Drive is configured to allow only specific media formats, favicon uploads in an otherwise-supported favicon format are rejected, even though the favicon upload feature independently lists that format as supported.

Suggested Enhancement: Allow favicon uploads to automatically include the favicon-supported formats (ICO, PNG, SVG) regardless of the project's general Drive format restrictions, or surface an explicit inline message identifying the Drive setting as the cause of a rejected upload.

Customer Benefit: Users can upload a supported favicon format without first needing to discover and adjust an unrelated Drive-level setting.
