This request was created on behalf of Anna At this time, once the Zendesk Federated Search is setup, when we make changes to the external sources in the Zendesk account, the resync isn't happening automatically. We have to remove and setup the Zendesk Federated Search to make sure that the contents are re-synced. It would be better if we have an option to perform the re-sync in Document360 without removing the existing setup. Thank you
