Currently, the Salesforce service cloud widget allows someone to browse articles by expanding the category > and clicking into articles.
However, if there are subcategories and those subcategories are the Folder type, it's not possible to expand them to see the articles within.
This creates "dead ends" where the user has to essentially navigate back to the start before proceeding with a keyword search.
Please make it so categories of any type (Folder incl.) can be expanded while browsing the article hierarchy in the Salesforce widget.
