Feature Request

Allow larger image display in template header (right now, header images are tiny). Add additional formatting options to: Nested lists (bullet style/colour) More options for different heading levels, rather than just 1 colour for all headings. Ability to disable links.

Issue: Changing the font size in a PDF template does not accurately change the font size in the downloaded PDFs. Instead, font sizes seem to change based on the margins set in PDF templates. Request: Make font sizes in downloaded PDFs match whatever font size is selected in the PDF template.

Instead of just emojis, it would be very useful to be able to upload our own brand images to show up as icons for our folders on an index page. For example, instead of the globe emoji in the attached screenshot, we'd like to upload our company image.

When creating Variables and Snippets, an individual language can be selected through a dropdown. For more flexibility, it would be nice if a Workspace could be specified as well (along with a Global option).

If I start editing a file and decide later that it was a mistake, I need a way to revert the file to its previous status.

I'd like to export a list of content reuse I created.

The title description is not reflected when we export to pdf. We request either to provide an option to hide the title (in the custom code block) and language description (for other code blocks) or rectify the issue in pdf.

I'd like the ability to set/scope reusable content (snippets, variables, glossary) per category, while also allowing for global/all category reusable content. Scenario: We have different variables and glossary terms that are used in specific areas of our product. These product areas have their own categories in Doc360. I'd like to be able to set these variables and glossary terms to only display in their respective editor drop-downs when the article is in a specific category. This will reduce the clutter of options for other authors in different categories who don't need these specific variables or glossary terms. Reusable content scoped to other categories should still be searchable and usable from within other categories.

We are writing documentation in Norwegian and English - we therefore rarely (if ever) have need for the 'Global' language option for variables/glossary/snippets - it's somewhat inconvenient having to switch from global -> desired language each time we enter Content reuse.

We are preparing to use Snippets and Variables to help single-source our product glossary. We can see this list getting very long and can make it difficult to manage variables/snippets. It would be nice if we had a way to organize them by folders, category, etc.
