Hi Alice, Thanks for sharing the update on your need. However, from an internal review and feedback perspective, wouldn’t having a reviewer within the portal to review and share feedback—perhaps using inline comments—be a better approach than using the KB site for internal feedback?

Pavithra Mathivanan The users are reading article and sharing them and they might notice an issue so they just leave some feedback quickly to make sure the article is kept up to date. I understand the reviewer role but it's unlikely that our users would go through the extra steps to login and do that.

Additionally, could you share the type of feedback you’re receiving that necessitates more space? This information will help us assess and prioritize the request effectively.

D360 Product Management We do use our feedback for public external users but mostly we use the article feedback for our staff members to add feedback on technical articles that may be incorrect or out of date. Then, we action that feedback from the article manager. This means having more characters would help for feedback that is long and quite technical. I think 1000 or 1500 characters would be great.
