Specifying Workspace - Content Reuse
under review
Max P
When creating Variables and Snippets, an individual language can be selected through a dropdown.
For more flexibility, it would be nice if a Workspace could be specified as well (along with a Global option).

Hi Max Thanks for sharing the feedback.
Bringing the content reuse at the workspace level has been considered in our roadmap. We will share an update on the ETA.

Configure Snippets per workspace instead of globally
Harmina de Jong
We work with multiple workspaces within a project. Snippets are created based on the project. Administratively this is very confusing, especially if we create more workspaces under this project, which will certainly happen. We would like to create Snippets per workspace.

Ability to Have Content Reuse Options Per Workspace
Hani Harrise
Currently you have the option to create variables, snippets, glossaries per language only as the dropdown is given. However, there is a particular case where a variable or snippet in one particular workspace need not be the same content or context in another workspace. Having an option to have content reuse options different for each workspace would be great.

Glossary: Different Glossary for workspaces
Thomas Anzivino
It would be very useful to create an additional, separate Glossary when using a new workspace. The use case is: We might need to use the same terms with different meanings depending on the services described in the workspaces.
Workspace 1: Glossary 1 with term A meaning xxx
Workspace 2: Glossary 2 with term A meaning yyy

Hi Thomas Would a glossary term with multiple aliases meet your requirements?
The glossary term will remain, and you will have the flexibility to add multiple aliases for the same term. These aliases can be used across multiple workspaces, allowing for different names while ensuring consistency. Please review the attached file for more details. Let us know your thoughts!

D360 Product Management In our case it is a little different. Each workspace is for an individual product - thus have different audience/customers. Our customers don't have access to multiple products but a single product's workspace.
For this reason we need to create/display specific glossary terms for a specific workspace. On the project level, it is meaningless for our customers, since they cant have any access until we make them product/workspace specific.

Any updates on this request?

I think it would be great to have the option to categorize Glossary terms in addition to having a Glossary per workspace. Currently, having all the terms on one long page makes it difficult to navigate, especially when there are many terms. For example, our Reports and Insights feature has tons of glossary terms, and it would be helpful to organize them based on different product lines within the same workspace. It would be great to be able to organize the Glossary in the admin view and have multi-level categorization for better organization.

We would also like the ability to share terms between workspaces, but limit visibility of some terms to select workspaces, if possible.
