Feature Request

I could see the Doc360 integration in Slack being really useful, but it needs to show more information to help with identifying and distinguishing articles. Showing more of the article title, or the full title, would be really helpful. A bigger preview of the article would also help.

Or ability to get feedback into Salesforce. It is hard to track feedback received by users in the platform. It would be great if it was possible to have Salesforce tickets created based on feedback received from users - either through somekind of pushing the data to a Salesforce case or getting the data from the Document360 API

When using /doc360 create in Slack, when selecting the Category, this list is not sorted whatsoever. Please implement a sorting for this, so this list can be manipulated actively. Alphabetical sorting for example would make sense, potentially the ordering they have on the editor platform would also make sense. Currently there is no scroll bar, so it's very hard for our users to know that they can start typing a category name and find them in the list. At first glance it currently looks like the available categories are really limited to five, which is actually not the case. See the two screenshots provided. Glossary was not available before and it's not obvious that you can select it once you start typing.

Currently, the Salesforce service cloud widget allows someone to browse articles by expanding the category > and clicking into articles. However, if there are subcategories and those subcategories are the Folder type, it's not possible to expand them to see the articles within. This creates "dead ends" where the user has to essentially navigate back to the start before proceeding with a keyword search. Please make it so categories of any type (Folder incl.) can be expanded while browsing the article hierarchy in the Salesforce widget.

We are using the Intercom integration. When a user views the page via the Intercom popup, the document360 metrics do not capture the view. It seems like the view via API does not get logged. It would be great to capture these views too.

The "Page Help" tab in the Chrome Extension often freezes requiring me to refresh my page in order reload the extension. This causes the page I'm working on in the browser to reload as well and kick out my information. It would be helpful if the page help tab was optional.

As a live support person, it's possible to search in document360 and insert a specific article to the user. However, beyond this one place, it's not possible to insert anything except for the search widget. I'd like to see the same functionality in the first gif in the other areas of Intercom.
