Google Chrome Extension Delay

The "Page Help" tab in the Chrome Extension often freezes requiring me to refresh my page in order reload the extension. This causes the page I'm working on in the browser to reload as well and kick out my information. It would be helpful if the page help tab was optional.

We would like to understand more about the behavior such as, the page help freeze when the browser is idle or while switching between the tabs?

Mohamed Shakheen: this is happening when I first try to use the extension. It continues to process until the page is refreshed.
