Insert article directly into Intercom beyond the inbox

As a live support person, it's possible to search in document360 and insert a specific article to the user.
However, beyond this one place, it's not possible to insert anything except for the search widget.
I'd like to see the same functionality in the first gif in the other areas of Intercom.
