Feature Request

When on the ticket deflector page, the main menu, navigation and footer are missing, this looks odd. it should still be there so the user can navigate off somewhere else if they want to / feel like they heven't gone off to a strange place

We would like the ability to customize the fields on the Contact Form, when configuring a Ticket Deflector. This would allow users to submit specific information that our support team needs to properly troubleshoot issues.

Customer would like to have the search bar on the ticket deflector page as well. Instead of the "x change question" link in the ticket deflector page after selecting a question, we want each question to be collapsible so that the questions appear on the page at all times. Screenshots attached below for both requests:
