We would like the ability to customize the fields on the Contact Form, when configuring a Ticket Deflector. This would allow users to submit specific information that our support team needs to properly troubleshoot issues.

Mohamed Shakheen: For our products, our users have a unique identifier associated with their session. When our users are having issues, it is very helpful for us to be provided with that unique ID, so that our support staff can better assist. This allows our support staff to gather information about the user and their session.
The unique ID is just one example of how we could leverage custom fields on the Ticket Deflector contact form. There are other specific pieces of information that we could ask user for, that would be helpful.
