Feature Request

I would like to be able to tag or attach a note to an article. For example, I would like to be able to tag an article RN if I need to add the feature described in the article to a release note. This would also be useful to assign topics to writers or to know the status of the article in the writing process. I want to be able to select the color of the text as well. Maybe the size too. See the screenshot for an example. And this should be visible only within Document360. The tag should not show up on the website or KB.

A tag cloud would help users browse related articles with the same tag. Tags are great for identifying, filtering, and grouping related articles but the current UI doesn't have a tool that lets users easily browse articles based on their tag group.
