Ability to Tag Articles Internally

I would like to be able to tag or attach a note to an article. For example, I would like to be able to tag an article RN if I need to add the feature described in the article to a release note. This would also be useful to assign topics to writers or to know the status of the article in the writing process. I want to be able to select the color of the text as well. Maybe the size too. See the screenshot for an example. And this should be visible only within Document360. The tag should not show up on the website or KB.

Pesach Newmark thanks for your suggestion. We have introduced an option in our new Document360 2.0 portal, called as "Groups" associated along with Tags. However, this is yet to be associated directly with articles and these "groups" will not be displayed in the KB site, only for the view / manage of the Portal users.
