A tag cloud would help users browse related articles with the same tag.
Tags are great for identifying, filtering, and grouping related articles but the current UI doesn't have a tool that lets users easily browse articles based on their tag group.

Zucchini green Aardvark Thanks for writing to us. We do cloud relevant tags at the KB site if users have enabled Settings for KB site to display Article Tags.
Settings > Screenshot is attached for reference.
For example if we search for Zapier, relevant tags will be displayed at the site.
Upon clicking the tag name, list of articles under the same tag will also be displayed.
