Feature Request

Currently, the 'More questions' block type only has room for a title. Formatting options (bold, code, etc.) for this title are extremely limited which makes this block type pretty useless for anything more than basic question/answer. Feature request: add a body paragraph field in addition to the title field. This body paragraph field should function similarly to the 'Answer' field of the 'Simple answer' block type. This paragraph field should support rich text formatting, including inline HTML.

I would like to use the ticket deflector to walk a customer or support agent through several troubleshooting steps. Each step has instructions (Simple Answer in doc360) for completion. If Step 1 works (The issue is solved). If step 1 doesn't work, move to step 2 with another simple answer. For instance a troubleshooting question would be, Why is my computer offline. Step 1 might be, Restart you computer. The answer would contain the steps for restarting the computer. The user would then follow the steps and then specify whether the issue is solved. If not, they would be directed to step 2: Restart your modem. Then step 3 etc.

Ticket deflector analytics show us what search term ('key') was used for each ticket deflector submission, as well as indicating whether the search returned any results. It would be really helpful for us if this were also included in the notification email that we receive with each ticket deflector submission.

Hi. Some of the variables/buttons/descriptions in the Ticket Deflector are in English and we are not able to change them. The first question in the form has "Question" heading, not able to be changed. The buttons for changing questions and answers are hardcoded and the buttons (the red and green one at the end) are in English as well. It would be great to let us edit those or add them to Variables. Thanks, Pavel
