Feature Request

Within the article settings, it would be nice to be able to turn on a setting to require users to include their email address when giving feedback (thumbs up/down or text). Sometimes we get 100s of feedback responses in a single day. If we were able to require people to give their email address we would be able to identify if these responses are legitimate or spam.

Currently, when you enable dual linking for related articles, only the manually added article will show up in the portal, and the original article won't show up as a related article for the manually added one in the portal. We would like the dual linked articles to show up as each other's related article inside the portal, so that it's easy to see when organising in the back end.

When creating a new version based on an existing version, the related pages are not replicated in the new version. This means every time a new version is created the related pages need to be manually re-added for every page in the knowledge base. As we've already created a number of other versions based on the original version (which had all of the related pages set up), it would be useful if we could apply the related pages from one version to another. This would prevent a lot of manual work.

We'd like to use an "Automatically mark article status" setting but the problem is an article would be marked as updated even if we just fixed a typo in one word. This would create extra noise for the user. We don't use "Show what's new feature" setting for the same reason. And marking updated articles manually leads to accidentally missing some of them. So it would be great if after turning "Automatically mark article status" on, when publishing a version, portal would ask if you want this article marked as updated (and if the article should be included in the 'what's new' maybe?). Something like when you change article slug and there's an option to create a redirect rule right there.

Would be nice to have the option to activate the feedback form only for a specific workspace instead of only beeing able to activate it globally.

I want to be able to create a list of articles that share the same tag. For example, if I have a page that introduces a topic called "X", I want to include a list on that page of all articles that have the tag "X". This is different to related articles because this list is dynamic (changes as tags are added or removed) and the list is in the article, not on the side.

Would like NOT see Linked articles in the drop-down list when selected a Related article. Should only display the original version of an article.

Author should be warned when an article is being published without meta data information. This should be a configuration... so those who don't use it... can disable the warning at an account level.

Some article settings are globally configured. "Related articles" is one of them. When we have a long ToC or tags, we want to keep the related articles on the bottom of the page. However, when we don't have a ToC or tags, we want to display them on the right hand of the article. You can add a toggle/button next to the related article settings to decide where to display them.

There is the capability to add "Tags" saying New, updated etc next to an article. The place to find where to edit a custom tag, is not intuitive, it is under versions and localization variables, and you call them tags there. But when I want to apply them, I need to look n the settings, and you call them Status indicator. I suggest you put them in a easier place to find and use a consistent name. Under localization call the status indicators too.
