I apologise if this issue is already logged as a wish-list item but the following feature is so obvious and would make life so much easier for Editors and Admin site managers.
- Please can we have the ability to run a search and identify all images within a specific MY DRIVE FOLDER or that currently has zero dependencies.
- We then need the ability to move them to a nominated folder or to delete them.
- Please note - the search function cannot only be for the first 20 items in a view if the folder contains 400-500 images! We need to be able to clean up content fast on my Drive and manually selecting decencies (file by file) is definitely not a feasible for a software that has so much potential to be amazing to work in.
Please see image attached.

Thiru Can you provide an update on the status of this? As Doc360 charges for Drive storage, it would be nice to have a way to manage that storage and bulk manage items in the way OP states.

Hi
what is the status of this.
A feature where we can easily identify images with no dependencies and remove from the system
This is connected with image management, aa there is a also an issue that if I upload an image with with the same name as an existing image, the system renames the new image without warning the user that an image of this name already exists. This is something that can cause multiplication of redundant images.

It looks like Doc360 "added this feature to the pipeline" (https://feedback.document360.com/feature-request/p/find-images-in-drive-with-no-dependencies) in September 2021 and have not touched it since. Completely agree this feature is a must have in order to properly manage our limited drive space.

This is critical to identify graphics that "disappeared" after the page was updated with new UI screenshots details. Alternatively, on an ongoing process, having the table show number of dependencies (0 to x) also provides a fast visual check.
<<can the page be configured to allow xx number of entries, instead of fixed 20 items??>> (i.e., 10, 20, 50, 100, all) ;-)

Agree with this! A big time-saver if this feature is made possible.

Dear development team,
I am very much agree with this request, this will be very helpful in case we need to space up our drive. Considering we might have limited drive size per/plan, it would be very wise if we able to filter the files that have zero dependencies. To search each file manually, it would take a lot of time and might have a high risk for deleting a wrong file.
Thank you

yes... will definitely reduce noise
