Find Images in Drive with no Dependencies.

A search option for locating images that don't have any dependencies would be great.
It would help removing old images not is use, freeing up space in the drive.

Thank you. This is really helpful!

Can you please make the "All files" list sortable by dependency? This way one could easily find all files without a dependency.

Hi All - This feature has been shipped as part of August release. To know more about this feature, please click this link : https://docs.document360.com/help/docs/file-dependency-viewer

It isn't just about images. You cannot see if any files are 'attached'. So effectively you can never delete any files out of drive as you might thing they are not attached, delete them and then corrupted many articles. It seems to recognize embedded files but not attached files.

Show Number of Dependencies in Drive

Would really like to see a column added in the Drive that has the number of dependencies for a file so you can sort files by ones that have 0 dependencies to keep the drive more organized and remove unused or duplicate images.

Adding feature to automatically archive images which are not currently attached to an article and uploaded more than 60 days ago.

Any feature to MOVE unused graphics should be optional (i.e., not the default action). Another useful thing along the same lines would be the ability to filter images by "unused" status. As in, you can get a list of all graphics that have no dependencies. User can then choose to delete, move, download, etc.

Any feature that helps track images no longer in use and therefore allow to clean up will be very helpful
